This is a thing I’m doing! Yeah I already have a ton of projects I haven’t kept up with… … (ﾉ_ _)ﾉ
A good friend of mine recently got a new job and has moved away to a new apartment, so I decided to make this little fella for him as a leaving gift! He’s lucky, and he doubles as an obscure Final Fantasy 7 reference (which is a game we share a fondness for)
To make the card I used a template here, and added artwork I’d drawn. I printed it out to go with him! Mr. Sevens himself is a regular pegasus base with sculpey mane and tail (and a little bit on the nose to give him a more masculine snout) and then painted with acrylics.

Everypony loves background ponies! I know I do! Isn’t it nice to think that they could be a group of friends just like the main characters?
I’ve noticed recently that Carrot Top / Golden Harvest is replaced by Doctor Whooves in fanart, and I think that’s a shame! I always enjoyed the friendship between Derpy and Carrot.

Recently my partner told me off, saying, “when I look through your art blog the first few pages are full of pony doodles! Use a seperate blog for those!!” So that is what I will do!
Big / high effort pony drawings will still be posted at Cuteosphere, but doodles will now live with Princess Glitter Punch! I’ll also take request doodles over there sometimes (though only when I have enough time to, so please wait until I post saying so!!)
